Harvest

Posted by

The recent heatwave has had a positive effect on the courgettes. Back in the springtime, I collected seaweed from a local beach, hosed it off, put it in a bucket and let it sit. The resultant liquid fertilizer had to be diluted in water before being added to the plants and flowers. What a result! The roses have never been so prolific. And the courgettes are looking very happy indeed! As you can see from the photo, this one lost the run of himself and went mad. I was reminded of my Reiki Master telling me that her goldfish had quadrupled in size due to regular Reiki. As always, the garden teaches me something new every year. I intended to have a joyful garden this year and so it has been. Well worth all the spring work. A place of blessings. May you be similarly blessed with a peaceful place in nature.
